The Hapimag Resort in Binz on the island of Rügen is just a few steps from the fine-sandy Baltic Sea beach. It features 185 holiday apartments, a restaurant, wellness facilities, and an indoor pool.

We are looking immediately for a dedicated individual to strengthen our Reception Team, who will support our team and welcome our guests with a smile.

What you can expect

• Guest support and advice during their stay
• Check-in, check-out, and cash handling
• Involvement in the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
• Guest correspondence and reservation processing
• Close cooperation with all departments

What you bring along

• Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Good PC user skills
• Passion for guest service
• Fluent German, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Career changers are welcome
