Durch Ihre Einsatzbereitschaft und Ihr Fachwissen leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Standortes in Wolmirstedt.

das Umrüsten von Spritzgießmaschinen mit Dokumentation und Einstellung der Prozessparameter
das Umrüsten von Montage- und Dichtigkeitsprüfanlagen
den Anlauf und die Programmierung von Maschinen mit Handling und Anlagentechnik
die Durchführung von Erststückfreigaben nach Prüfplan
das Ausfüllen von Materialbegleitpapieren sowie Produktions- und Prozessdokumenten
das Beheben und Optimieren von Prozessstörungen
die Einweisung von Werkern/Maschinenbedienern in die einzelnen Prozessabläufe nach Anlauf
die Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von PPS wie auch das Weiterentwickeln von Standards wie 5S, SMED etc.
