For these exciting and challenging tasks, we are looking for you as:

Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) – Motorsport Applications (F1 / WEC / IMSA, etc.)

Your responsibilities:

• End-to-end market and customer management, from business development to strategic account development
• Developing business with new and existing customers
• Independent market monitoring and provision of strategic input
• Managing the sales pipeline and translating funnel insights into clear commercial priorities
• Preparation and coordination of commercial quotations, product costings, and project calculations
• Contribution to revenue growth across engineered and standardized products
• Acting as the interface between customers, engineering, and production – providing holistic support for interdisciplinary customer projects

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in a technical field
• Experience in technical sales, ideally in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, or high-performance engineering
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into concrete commercial actions
• Knowledge of international motorsport series, regulations, governing bodies, and teams
• Experience working with international customers and strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• Strong results orientation with a clear customer focus
• Independent working style and intrinsic motivation driven by customer interaction
• Willingness to travel in a dynamic international market environment
• High level of commitment, matching our customers’ drive to succeed on and off the track
