What You’ll Do

Prepare, analyze and maintain demand forecasts based on various aspects such as historical data, channel sell out & inventory trends and consensus of bottom up and top down forecasts

Monitor and manage channel inventory level and sell in / sell out by keeping stock level healthy

Keep demand forecast fluctuation low and avoid shortage or overstock

Prepare and facilitate S&OP meetings including data preparation, scenario simulation, alignment with Sales and SCM and the documentation of decisions

Collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with Sales, SCM and Order Management teams in operational level

Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve the quality

Identify risks and opportunities in demand management and proactively come up with mitigation plans

Prepare regular demand and inventory related reports for local and regional stakeholders

You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field

3-5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management or related fields

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders

Fluent in English; Korean or German is an advantage

Ability to work with large data sets and translate analysis into business insights

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment

Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
