To support our growing team in Frankfurt/Main, we are looking for an

Analyst Investment Banking / M&A (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will work in a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment alongside experienced investment banking professionals on large- to mid-cap M&A transactions and other advisory assignments, with a focus on public takeovers. You will get full deal exposure and play a central role in all aspects of executing such transactions and supporting the strategic dialogue with our clients. Our hands-on approach will help you to hone your technical as well as professional skills.

Your work will include, inter alia:

Detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading multiple, comparable transaction multiple and LBO analysis
Detailed combination, transaction structuring and other financial analysis
Preparation of presentations for client meetings, board presentations, management presentations, etc.
Assistance with new business development
Daily interaction with the senior leadership team and client management teams

Your qualifications

Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with the ability to think strategically
Proficiency in accounting, valuation, corporate finance, financial modelling and business strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 Level) and English
Commercial mindset and proactivity
Strong academic background
Previous experience in / relevant internships in investment banking, private equity and / or strategy consulting
