What to expect
Our trainee program aims to give you broad insight into the international business process of a large company. At the same time, you will work actively on demanding projects as part of the daily routine in our departments. This will allow you to make a significant contribution to the success of our company, while gaining the skills needed to take on tasks with even greater responsibility.
- 12 to 15-month trainee program, depending on individual progress an business conditions
- At least several months of residence abroad in one of our international branches
- Support in professional and personal development
What is important to us
As a trainee, you will contribute a high level of dedication and initiative with a desire to actively tackle new challenges. You will have a strong sense of personal responsibility. You will also have good communicative skills coupled with a self-confident manner. Cultural affinity to the US should round off your profile.
Your contribution
- Degree/Training in business management, sales or operations
- Interest in economic affairs
- Business fluency in English, further languages a plus
- Willingness to relocate to the US
- Dual or US citizenship an advantage

The team is headed by Jens Ullrich, who has been responsible for the department since 2012.
