Your main tasks
- Supporting the implementation of the communications roadmap for P,PI function (program, performance and improvement) key events, deliverables and activities, while ensuring the regular update of the internal department key deliverables
- Supporting sourcing and writing news stories, articles for the company intranet
- Working as community manager, taking care of activating the community, answering the requests and ensuring all the information is updated
- Supporting sourcing appropriate images, photos, graphics, video to illustrate these stories
- Being responsible to coordinate and edit newsletter on a quarterly basis, taking care of gathering the content and drumbeating the publication
- Being in charge of organizing internal events of 200+ attendees
- Organizing an internal roadshow in order to reach the target of communication
- Taking care of producing, harmonizing and ensuring the availability of all the generic presentations to be used by the community
- Together with the team, developing new, innovate ideas to improve the internal communication of the function with campaigns and activities
Your qualification
- Degree in Communication studies or journalism
- Sound working experience in Communication and project management
- Proactive and creative way of working
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly self-organized
- Ability to work in an international team
- Experienced with MS Office
- Business fluent in English (Spanish, German and French are an advantage)
