We’re seeking an

Executive Business Partner and Team Assistant (m/f/d), Life Science Business

to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distri­bution, and appli­cation of advanced computa­tional methods.

As a member of the European Administration team, you’ll support our Senior Vice President of Life Science Business and her group. This role offers the opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to collaborate with a group of dynamic colleagues at the intersection of tech and pharmaceutical science. We plan to fill this role in Munich (Germany). For exceptional candidates we can consider London or Paris.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide traditional executive support for our Senior Vice President of Life Science Business, including but not limited to full calendar management, internal and external communi­cations, international travel arrangements, and expense repor­ting
  • Give administrative support for our Life Science Business team, including but not limited to as-needed meeting schedu­ling and calendar management, travel arrange­ments, expense reporting, and presentation creation and editing
  • Provide project and event management support
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance
  • Support the arrange­ment of internal and external meetings, summits, and other events

What you should have:

  • At least three years of relevant executive administrative experience; experience supporting account manage­ment or sales teams is a major plus
  • Advanced organiza­tional skills; project management experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus
