- Customer support and advice for various customers (by e-mail, telephone, social media)
- Registration of customer concerns and internal processing
- Processing & administrative handling or forwarding to the respective specialist departments
- Coordination with national and international departments (internal and external)
- Coordination with authorised car repair shops

- You are fluent in Dutch and preferably also in English
- You have experience in dealing with customers
- You are service and customer orientated and enjoy talking to clients
- You are willing to work in a 2 shift system
